Method
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8 to 9 minutes.
- Drain pasta well and rinse under cold running water until completely cooled. Stir gently while rinsing to prevent clumping.
- Transfer cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add diced grilled chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped romaine, and shredded Parmesan.
- Pour in 3/4 cup Caesar dressing and toss everything together until evenly coated. Add more dressing if needed.
- Serve immediately for best texture. Add romaine just before serving if preparing ahead to keep it crisp.
